Danqi Shen’s practice includes patent prosecution and client counseling with a focus medical devices, IT and electronics. She is skillful in drafting application documents and experienced in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling reexamination and invalidation cases. Ms. Shen has been representing domestic and international clients for many years.
Ms. Shen has also participated in many projects related to patent legal affairs, responsible for patent analysis and evaluation, and thus accumulates rich experience in patent analysis and evaluation.
